No prior yoga experience or flexibility is required.

As with all great things this takes commitment

including a daily practice 

We start with an intake which can take about two hours, you may need more or less

Weekly session follow

slowly stretched out to monthly sessions

This structure creates momentum and steadiness 

as you begin to live a life of yoga.
