Yoga therapy offers practical tools to help you meet the challenges of being human. Together, we explore ways to ease your relationship with food, aging, grief, anxiety, pain, and more. You play an active role in this process. Sessions are available in person in the South Bay of Los Angeles (Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach) or online via Zoom from anywhere in the world.
